Frustration
Frustration generally comes from having too much data, mental data.
It can be a snowball of thoughts of all kinds that are not well organized and bring about frustration.
This is a perfect time to back off. Take a deep breath and bring in some presence.
Slow conscious breathing, in and out.
Look all around you.
Bring in awareness of where you are right now.
Do this all over and over, again and again. Slow everything down.
Realize that you were not those thoughts that were rolling around. They were just storm clouds passing by.
You are here and your mind is there.
