I was overtaken this morning by the mind, the ego, the phantom entity. I was so overpowered because I wasn’t able to view it for what it was.
I could only see or hear its messages and was not able to recognize the insane messenger.
Any time the messages pertain to the future or the past, they are insane. And they are not reality.
It seems so hard at the time to distinguish the lies from the truth.
If what you’re thinking about – and therefore feeling – pertains to the future or the past, you have temporarily become overtaken by the Dramatizer.
Can you perceive this: “I am here, and the Dramatizer is there – spewing its stuff!”
It all seems so real.
