Cobwebs
Cobwebs?
Are those cobwebs you’re feeling? Full of chaos, scrambled thoughts, indecision?
Cobwebs are thoughts, full of problems galore…sped up, slowed down, entangled, twisted, complicated, jumbled.
Can you touch those cobwebs? Can you hear them? Can you observe their stories?
Are they in real-time? Are they fictional? Are they mirages?
While you look into the sky… are they still there? While you’re smelling a flower… are they still there? While you’re listening to birds… are they still there? While you’re breathing slowly… are they still there? While you’re caressing your own face…are they still there?
Go back and practice those techniques again!
Are those cobwebs full of perceived problems starting to thin out? Are those vapors of drama starting to evaporate?
Can you see? Those twisted knots were mostly stories about the unknown future or the useless past?
Can you repeat this easy process?
Will you repeat this process?
Can you smile?
Will you smile?
