Concerns today?
Look at those little messages running through your mind.
How important are they? How real are they? How exaggerated are they?
All thought schemes want to grow. See them as clouds wanting to build.
Realize this… you are totally separate from all of those thought formations.
Say to yourself, “I am here — the mind is there.”
Slow down.
Take a look around you.
Notice the stillness.
Look at the big picture.
Start with the sky. Look at the vastness.
Look where you are in relation to it all.
You are not your mind, nor are you a part of its whacky conversations.
Take a deep breath! Live one moment at a time. That’s all there is.
