The future can’t be any scarier than right now. Why? Because at that particular time, the future will be present time, just like right now.
So, there is no reason to fear the future! It is all BS!
By living one moment at a time until then, you have a wonderful opportunity to enjoy every moment. And, you’ll have your best chance of performing at your best in this moment.
Why handicap yourself? Why tie yourself up with unnecessary mental disturbances — one after another?
And when the future comes looming into your awareness, be aware of this very scenario and remember, there is no such thing as the future!
