We’ve all had negative events in our past that impact how we feel about someone.
We tend to blame. We hold a grudge. Then we hang on to the blame. It grows like cancer.
This becomes a handicap for our well-being and our future. It restricts us from being alive in peaceful harmony.
The longer we hang on to our thoughts and feelings, the more the negative energy will grow. And the ego wants to hang on to this and wants its “righteousness” to stand tall!
This negative energy has no value. See it for what it is and give yourself a break! Give the person you are blaming or holding a grudge against a break.
