There is always a secret place to be. It’s always available regardless of circumstances. It never fails to be. It is the most overlooked place in humankind.
It is where peace exists. Where freedom lies. Where answers appear.
It is behind all the noise of the mind.
We are not usually there. We don’t see it or feel it, because we are too busy following the temptations of the mind.
The mind is simply a screen of messages and stories, all fictional. None of them are real or accurate.
Avoiding the temptation to follow these endless stories is simply not taught. No one taught us when we were young because they didn’t know.
There is a much better chance that good things will happen for you when you choose to stay clear of the mind’s temptations. To follow this seduction is optional.
Sit for a few seconds and close your eyes. Watch all the various stories and images that want your attention.
Realize, they are not real. Yes, you can find clarity. It’s just one step at a time.
