Take a timeout from your normal routine.
Make a point to get away to a quiet place. It doesn’t have to be a faraway place, it can be a quiet spot in your backyard or a nearby park. Make an effort to step out of your noisy life and just spend 15 minutes in serenity.
Don’t go there with a game plan…just go there.
When you get there, don’t think about anything in your future or your past.
Just observe the beauty around you.
