Stuck in the muck?
Have you ever started your day “on the wrong side of the bed?”
You’re annoyed and you can’t tune out the minds’ noise?
It’s hard to separate the chatter from reality?
Here’s a Tuesday Tip that may help.
Start with your breath. It is always there. Just pay attention to it. Feel its steady pace.
As soon as you notice your mind taking off again go right back to your breath. Keep your attention on the breathing — notice how consistent it is. It is reliable… always there for you.
The chatter is not true or trustworthy. See it for what it is… nonsense and it’s always dramatizing… hoping you’ll believe the wild stories.
Watch… it wants the stage again! It wants to be heard!
Giving attention to the crazy mind, and believing its stories will cause more suffering. See it for what it is.
Go back to your breath. Inhale… exhale. Inhale… exhale.
