Stumped? Confused?
Stumped? Confused?
Are you heavy-laden today? Are there too many crazy, negative thoughts and feelings going on?
Did you lay in bed too long after you woke up? Were you laying there for a few minutes swimming around in turbulent waters of mind drama? Most likely, you weren’t even aware because you were still half asleep and not conscious yet. It wasn’t possible to be sane at that time.
Are you awake now? Are you starting to wake up? What’s holding you back? Are there still remnants of active mind streams? Are you still at the stage of sleepiness where you’re still giving credence to those fictional negative stories?
Are you just now starting to see the light?
When you’re in a fog in the morning, you’re not able to distinguish the non-validity, the illogical, the unsound, irrational, illegitimate, unreasonable messages, that are firing, one after another.
During this fog, you are not able to distinguish your true self from your self-image. And so a cycle perpetuates and you get caught up in a snowball of insanity.
The net effect is “feelings” of defeat, discouragement, confusion, sorrow, anger, disgust, fright, or frustration.
Now, step back, and observe this scenario. Can you see this confusion for what it is?
Boom! Awareness!
