Words, Words, Words
Words, Words, Words
The mind is full of words. It has stored up thousands of words. It can start up a conversation the minute we wake up in the morning. The dialogue can pertain to either the future or the past. The content feels so real.
We don’t realize at the moment that these stories are fictional; therefore, we identify ourselves with these stories. Believing these stories affects our feelings and then we experience emotions, such as fear or anger. These feelings can create our mood which could start off a bad day.
Notice what the Dramatizer, the mind, is doing. Be alert when the words arise. To get out of the mind, listen for the tiniest sound. Be awake and look around you. Free yourself.
