Worry – How to Stop It!
Worry – How to Stop It!
Worry comes from listening to the mind and the more you listen, the worse the situation becomes.
When you find yourself worrying, it’s time to put things in perspective.
It can be as simple as saying, “Thank goodness my heart is beating and my lungs are functioning.” Or perhaps looking around you and realizing that as bad as you believe your current situation is, quite probably, there is someone in a worse situation. You can choose to be thankful; you are not one of them.
This is putting things in perspective.
Perspective, can come from two vantage points. One, from the mind. And one from present moment reality.
There are always two rooms to reside in. There is a room of mental noise and a room of quiet peace.
I highly recommend you learn how to spend more time in the room of quiet peace.
